The History

The Inner Temple uniquely blends history, architecture and genuine culinary pedigree in a City venue unlike any other. Available to private hire for weddings and receptions, gala dinners, corporate events and summer parties.

The Inns of Court are unincorporated associations which have existed since the 14th Century and play a central role in the recruitment of student members, training of aspiring barristers and continuing professional development of established barristers. The Honorable Society of the Inner Temple is one of the four historic Inns of Court. Situated in the heart of London’s legal quarter, in a quiet oasis between Temple and Blackfriars stations, the Inner Temple has been providing hospitality to some of the greatest minds for over 600 years.

The Inner Temple can host up to 250 for dining and 600 for a reception. A magnificent venue for gala and corporate events as well as small intimate dinners and meetings. A unique space, surrounded by greenery, giving it a country estate feel in the middle of the City. As a licensed building, The Inner Temple is a beautiful venue for a wedding and can cater for parties between 10 - 250 guests.
